Exercise 3: Broad Jump

Instructions:

  1. Stand with your feet hip distance apart
  2. Lower into a semi-squat position
  3. Now jump forward as far as you can
  4. Continue jumping forward with both feet until you cross the room
  5. Repeat.

High Intensity Alternative:

  • This exercise can also be done with dumbbells in your hands, which makes it extra fun!
