For this workout, you will complete a set of 4 different exercise, starting with 16 repetitions of each individual exercise.

After you complete your first set, you will continue to do 4 more sets, each time decreasing the number of repetitions by 2 until you get down to 8 repetitions

Of course, before starting any these exercises, make sure your muscles are ready by performing any standard, moderate-intensity, warm-up stretches or exercise for at least 5 minutes!
