What's the difference between the 6-week Boot Camp and the 4-week Fitness Session?

Well, the obvious answer is 2 weeks!! But the not so obvious answer is that Boot Camp is a more intense, concentrated program than the 4-week Fitness Session.

Boot Camp workouts are six mornings a week, plus two mandatory evening workouts. Boot Camp also requires that you follow a diet plan (no sugar, no flour, no alcohol), turn in a food journal and do a weekly a weigh-in.

The Fitness Sessions, on the other hand, are more about maintenance and lifestyle. The workouts in the fitness session are just as intense as they are in boot camp, however they are only 4 to 5 days a week and the session does not require a mandatory diet.

The 6 week Boot Camp is meant to get you in shape and the 4 week Fitness Session is meant to keep you in shape!
