Here's the recipe for Renee's famous smoothie:

1 1/2 cups Soymilk
1 cup Spinach
1/2 Banana
2 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
1/4 cup OJ
1 tsp vanilla

Blend until smooth. Add ice afterwards to make it cold, or use frozen bananas.

Word on the street is that it is delicious!!!!
