WOW.... I can't believe that we're already into our last week of this 6 week fitness session!!! Does that mean we have completed almost 1260 push-ups and 1260 deck squats (not to mention all the push-ups and deck squats I'm kind enough to add in class)??? Congrats to those of you who have stuck to the challenge of 30 push-ups and deck squats each day! Kristi Shumaker, Myakia, Leanne Hulmes, Wendy Vane- just a few of the girls who are consistently finishing their 30/30 before or after class. Nice work ladies!
 
A couple other shout-outs for the past few weeks:

**Rita Frink and Natalie Collin charged on Meyers Grade recently, making it gate to gate 2+ times within the hour!

**Everyone ROCKED on the recent Moxy fit 50! There were tons of improvements in times which is so awesome to see, including a handful of girls who improved by over 3 minutes! Check it out: Crystal Ballentine and Page Clock shaved 3+ minutes off their times. Meg Tannaci, Sherry Newberger and Heidi Hill Drum all improved by over 5 minutes. Katie Long and Carrie Turner beat their times by over 7 minutes!!!! Yahoo! And while we're talking about times, I can't leave out Rita Frink, who holds the fastest time at a speedy 21:35 minutes!

**Lastly, I'm always impressed by Michelle Hirschfield for her dedication. Sick, tired, late, hungover.... she'll still be there! (Even if it means she's working out with kleenex in her nose!!!). I always love seeing her working out hard at 5:00 a.m. and then going home and seeing her on T.V. about an hour later... just like Clark Kent! ;)
