WOW.... I can't believe that we're already into our last week of this 6 week fitness session!!! Does that mean we have completed almost 1260 push-ups and 1260 deck squats (not to mention all the push-ups and deck squats I'm kind enough to add in class)??? Congrats to those of you who have stuck to the challenge of 30 push-ups and deck squats each day! Kristi Shumaker, Myakia, Leanne Hulmes, Wendy Vane- just a few of the girls who are consistently finishing their 30/30 before or after class. Nice work ladies! « Go Back |
