Seeing as Erika, Sarah and I are business partners, sisters and great friends, it's only natural that one of the things that we are most passionate about (MOXY), gets brought up during get togethers, road trips, family dinners, etc. In fact, we have to sometimes be strategic about when to talk "shop" (the men in our lives sometimes don't understand!!!). So, what I'm getting at, is the fact that we can spend countless hours talking about Moxy and bragging about all of YOU! "Did you see Crystal do her push-ups today?...... OMG! Can you believe what a stud Page is? I can only imagine what she's like cleaning houses!!!..... What about Leanne?!! That girl is super STRONG and athletic!" Our Moxy girls are awesome. We appreciate and notice many of the little things that you do daily and so do your peers! For that reason, we've decided to dedicate a weekly blog to YOU. Let us give you a little "shout-out" for anything that we find inspiring, impressive or just plain cool! If there's something that we should add to our blog (about yourself or other Moxy Girls), PLEASE let us know! We look forward to this. :)

Our first weekly shout-out  is one that is long overdue: During our TNT Boot Camp, we were doing deck squats and Kel Gennert says "Oh my god! Something just happened!!! I can do these without using my hands now!" Yeah Kel!!! That is awesome. Your hard work and hustle has paid off!

Oh, and speaking of TNT Boot Camp, Gina Stowell lost 7 lbs in those four weeks!!! Nice work Gina.... It's great having you back.

Another obvious shout-out is to all those Moxy Mamas getting back so quickly after the babies are born: Erika, Sara Pierce, Kristina, Amy Scott (hopefully you'll be back again in March Amy- you did GREAT)! Not only are they back, but they are kicking

And while it's fresh in my mind, Katie Long ROCKED on Saturdays run!!! Nice work girl. Almost 6 miles non-stop.... Definitely something to be proud of!

Lastly....... HOW ABOUT THE DAWN PATROL CREW?!?!? Wow. Now it's one thing to have to be somewhere at 5:00 a.m, but to workout intensely at that time is just plain tough. You girls are dedicated! Sacrificing a little extra sleep for health and fitness is quite admirable. Thanks for being there with me ladies-
