Playing card workout: Work your way through the deck of cards as quickly as possible. The number or reps worked is determined by the number on the card and the the exercise is determined by suit as follows:

Deck #1

HEARTS:
Bicep Curls
DIAMONDS: Push-Ups
CLUBS: Guppy Knee-Huggers
SPADE: Squat Jumps
**Joker- 20 Squat Thrusts

Deck #2

HEARTS: Tricep Extensions
DIAMONDS: Upright Row
CLUBS: Deck Squats
SPADE: One- Leg "Pogo Squat Hops"
**Joker- 20 Lunge Jumps

Jack=11   Queen=12   King=13   Ace=14
