Teams of 4 will complete the exercises in each station and then run in a pace line to the next station. You'll have to HUSTLE to get through each station twice.

1 Lap of Human Slalom course
10 Squat Thrusts every 10 yds for 100 yds
100 yd sprint
20 Push-Ups

@ Baseball Field

30 Step-Ups with HandBags
3x Base Sprints
25 Squat & Toss
