5. Bicep Curls & Tricep Extensions
6. Boot Slappers (w/band) & Frog Hops
7. Stair Repeats & Box Jumps

Finish with 10 minutes of Tabata:

1. X-Jacks
2. Moxy Kicks
3. Tricep Push Ups
4. Oblique V-ups
5. Skater Hops
