20 V-Ups
12 Side Plank Hip Raise

Station #3: (Tabata)
X-Jacks (2 min)
Moxy Kicks (2 min)
Push-Ups (2 min)
Squat Jumps (2 min)

Station #4:
15 Squat Thrusts (w/MB)
20 Lateral Hops (over bag)
20 Lateral Shuffle Line Touch
20 Touchbacks

Station #5:
15
Elbow Touch Squats (w/band)
15 Sit-Ups
15 Paddlers (w/band)

Station #6: (Tabata)
Lunge Jumps (2 min)
Frog Hops (2 min)
Kayakers (2 min)
Skater Hops (2 min)
