4. Lateral Shuffle Line Touch
5. Plank Bicycle
6. Squat Jumps
7. Traveling Squat Thrusts
8. Sprints
9. 10 Wall Jumps/30 Running Mans
10. Sprinter Knee Drives
11. Side step & Punch
12. Beach Ball Hops
13. Side Plank
14. Woodchoppers (w/band)
15. Standing Oblique Crunch
16. Partner 1-arm Over/Unders
17. 1-Arm Power Pulls (TRX)
18. Wall Sit
19 Lunge/Front Kick (on bag)
20. Box Jumps

First time through circuit is 1 min @ each station. Second time through the circuit is Tabata Minutes @ each station. Finish with 1 minute of each of the following Core exercises.
