Death by anything isn't really a pleasant thought (except maybe death by chocolate..... Mmmm!!!), but who would have thought that "Death by 10's" would be so evil??? All it took was a little mishap with a doorknob and a delirious Moxy trainer with only 3 hours sleep (and still rock'in out to Brad Paisley) to get all our sleepy little Moxy girls to bust out 1500 reps of various lactic acid producing exercises! YIKES. Doesn't anyone know it's MONDAY??? My motto has always been "less is not enough... more is better" instead of the usual "less is more," but next time we get locked out of the gym on a dark, cold Monday morning.... "LESS IS MORE ERIKA!!!!" :)

The "Dawn Patrol" girls didn't have it much better- Can you say "Death by Tabata??"
Yes... 30 minutes (at 5:00 in the morning even)!!! Way to go ladies.
