As my niece Campbell would say.... Moxy "BAMMED" me!!! I don't know about anyone else, but going on 7 weeks of TNT training has kicked my butt! (Yes.... I'm sure all the skiing and hiking in between has not helped, but that's besides the point!) Poor Rita was unfortunate enough to be my partner this morning and had to listen to me complain about my sore back, tight hamstrings, achy knees and everything else I managed to beat up the last 7 weeks! If we didn't happen to be "shirt twins" this morning, she may have traded me in for a more upbeat Moxy girl! Thank goodness for committed Moxy teammates!!! Regardless of sore muscles, I would have to say that it feels "oh so good" to be STRONG! Push ups, pull ups, squat thrusts..... no problem! :)

As my arms were still trembling from the muscle-ups this morning, I was reminded of a video I saw recently of a childhood friend doing REAL muscle-ups on the rings.... IMPRESSIVE! Click the link below to check it out. (She's the one to the left on the rings. Go Annie!!!)
