OK, so due to scheduling conflicts with my "Tag Team Partner in Life"  I was unable to make either of the workouts yesterday morning, meaning that I had to tackle the Moxy Fit 50 workout on my own. No big deal, right? Wrong!
First off, if you don't get the workout done before the sun comes up then it becomes much more challenging with each hour that passes. Around 1:00pm I finally mustered up the energy to go downstairs and complete the workout. I got down there and started to warm up and I felt so.......lonely. Where were my Moxy girls, my teammates, my tribe?? Halfway through the workout I wanted to turn to someone and say "Man, I'm dyin' over here! This is brutal." At the end of the workout I wanted to slap someone on the back and say
"Nice work. We did it!" After the end of a hellish 28 minutes
(yes, 28 minutes!....8 minutes behind the fastest time - which is another reason why I love those tough Moxy Girls - I have to hustle to keep up!), I went back up stairs and hoped that I wouldn't have to miss out on another workout for a long time because I need my teammates as much as they need me.
