OK, it's official.....we're bloggers!! (Not to be confused with  "woggers" which is a part walker, part jogger!!). Anyhow, from here on out we'll be doing almost daily posts on women who get fit before the sun comes up.

We are currently one week in to our six week TNT Boot Camp where we are combining the use of TRX straps and Tabata Intervals to get in killer shape. If you aren't familiar with either of these tools check out the links below for more information.
